बदायूँ<\/strong>।बुधवार को  क्लब बदायूं में आगामी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस जिसकी थीम ‘एक पृथ्वी एक स्वास्थ्य के लिए योग’ के अंतर्गत प्रोटोकॉल योगाभ्यास कराया गया। इस अवसर पर योग प्रशिक्षक रमेश त्रिवेदी ने विभिन्न आसन, प्राणायाम, सूर्य नमस्कार एवं मुद्राओं का अभ्यास कराया एवं उनके लाभ व सावधानियां को भी बताया।<\/p>\n

बदायूं क्लब के सचिव अक्षत अशेष ने कहा योग के द्वारा ही अनेक रोगों से बचाव किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह शिविर बुधवार से प्रारंभ होकर 21 जून तक प्रतिदिन प्रात: 7 बजे से 8 बजे तक चलेगा<\/p>\n
