वृद्धजनों ने किया योग, स्वस्थ रहने का दिया सन्देश<\/strong><\/p>\n

जौनपुर।<\/strong>वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय के महिला अध्ययन केंद्र एवं अराइज एंड अवेक संस्था के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में बुधवार को शहर के सुक्खीपुर स्थित वृद्ध आश्रम में वृद्ध जनों को स्वस्थ रहने के गुर बताये गए और योग कराया गया. यह कार्यक्रम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के परिप्रेक्ष्य में आयोजित किया गया था।<\/p>\n

कुलपति प्रोफेसर वंदना सिंह के निर्देश पर आयोजित योग कार्यक्रम में महिला अध्ययन केंद्र की समन्वयक डॉ. जान्हवी श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि जीवन में स्वस्थ रहना सबसे जरुरी है. योग के लिए कोई उम्र की सीमा नहीं है। अपने स्थान पर बैठ कर भी योग किया जा सकता है. उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में रहेंगे तो प्रसन्न रहेंगे. जीवन में जो बीत गया उसको मत सोचिये।<\/p>\n

योग गुरु जय सिंह ने वृद्ध जनों को प्राणायाम कराया।इसके साथ उन्होंने शरीर के विभिन्न भागों में दर्द के समय किये जाने वाले अभ्यास को भी बतायाl।साधना मौर्य ने सांसों के माध्यम से रिलैक्स रहने के तरीके बताये. वृद्धजनों ने भजन सुनाया।<\/p>\n
