जौनपुर।<\/strong>शहर में बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाने और यातायात व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से आज यातायात पुलिस जौनपुर ने विशेष चेकिंग अभियान चलाया। जनपद के प्रमुख चौराहों – जेसिज चौराहा, वाजिदपुर तिराहा, पॉलिटेक्निक चौराहा और सिपाह तिराहा पर भारी संख्या में वाहनों की जांच की गई।<\/p>\n

अभियान के दौरान यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले कुल 216 वाहनों का चालान किया गया। साथ ही अवैध टैक्सी\/बस\/रिक्शा स्टैंड और डग्गामार वाहनों पर भी बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई। पुलिस द्वारा 60 डग्गामार वाहनों का चालान किया गया, जबकि नियमों की अवहेलना करने वाले 08 टैम्पो, 02 बस और 01 पिकअप वाहन को सीज कर दिया गया।<\/p>\n

पुलिस अधीक्षक (यातायात) के निर्देशन में चलाए गए इस अभियान के दौरान आम नागरिकों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक भी किया गया। अधिकारियों ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे नियमों का पालन करें और दुर्घटनाओं से बचें।<\/p>\n

यातायात पुलिस ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि आगे भी इसी तरह के सघन अभियान लगातार जारी रहेंगे, ताकि शहर में सुरक्षित और सुव्यवस्थित यातायात व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जा सके।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
