अमर बहादुर सिंह बलिया शहर ।<\/strong>नगरा कस्बे में एक बार फिर अवैध और गैर-मान्यताप्राप्त कोचिंग संस्थानों का जाल तेजी से फैलता जा रहा है। शिक्षा के नाम पर छात्रों और अभिभावकों से भारी-भरकम फीस वसूली जा रही है, लेकिन न तो इन संस्थानों के पास किसी तरह की सरकारी मान्यता है, न ही उचित आधारभूत सुविधाएं।<\/p>\n

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, नगरा के मुख्य बाजार, बस स्टैंड, चट्टी और आस-पास के मोहल्लों में दर्जनों कोचिंग संस्थाएं संचालित हो रही हैं। इनमें से अधिकतर न किसी शिक्षा बोर्ड से मान्यता प्राप्त हैं और न ही पंजीकृत। बावजूद इसके, धड़ल्ले से इनका संचालन हो रहा है। शिक्षकों की योग्यता भी संदिग्ध बताई जा रही है।<\/p>\n

छात्रों और अभिभावकों ने बताया कि इन कोचिंग संस्थानों में कक्षा 6 से लेकर स्नातक स्तर तक की तैयारी करवाई जाती है। परंतु कहीं भी बैठने की समुचित व्यवस्था नहीं है। कुछ कोचिंग संस्थाएं छोटे-छोटे कमरे या किराये के मकानों में बिना किसी सुरक्षा या अग्निशमन उपकरण के चलाई जा रही हैं।<\/p>\n

छात्रों का दर्द:<\/p>\n

कक्षा 9वीं के छात्र प्रिंस ने बताया, “हमसे हर महीने 1500 रुपये लिए जाते हैं, लेकिन न समय पर कक्षा होती है, न कोई नियमित शिक्षक हैं। कई बार अध्यापक बिना सूचना के छुट्टी कर लेते हैं। पुस्तक भी अपने ही पास से बेचते है और M.R.P से भी अधिक मूल्य लिया जाता है ” एक अभिभावक ने गुस्से में कहा, “हम अपने बच्चों का भविष्य सुधारने के लिए फीस भरते हैं, लेकिन यहां तो बच्चों के साथ धोखा हो रहा है।”<\/p>\n
