शरद बिंद\/ भदोही।<\/strong>जनपद के सुरियावा रेलवे स्टेशन के पश्चिमी दिशा में स्थित रेलवे फाटक संख्या 42C से होकर गुजरना लोगों के लिए दिन-ब-दिन कठिन होता जा रहा है। यह रास्ता सुरियावा को सीधे जौनपुर, मछलीशहर, प्रयागराज और मिर्जापुर जैसे प्रमुख शहरों से जोड़ता है, लेकिन अतिक्रमण और संकरी सड़क के कारण यह एक संकट स्थल बन चुका है।<\/p>\n

रेलवे फाटक की चौड़ाई लगभग 20 से 25 फीट है, लेकिन इसके उत्तर और दक्षिण दोनों ओर भारी अतिक्रमण के चलते सड़क की उपयोगी चौड़ाई घटकर मात्र 7 से 8 फीट रह गई है। स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार, फाटक के दक्षिणी भाग में दुकानों, ठेलों और निर्माणों ने इस कदर कब्जा जमा रखा है कि बाइक सवारों को भी पार होने में कठिनाई होती है। चार पहिया वाहनों के गुजरते समय तो घंटों लंबा जाम लग जाता है। यही स्थिति फाटक के उत्तर दिशा में भी बनी हुई है, जहां मुख्य बाजार क्षेत्र स्थित है और लोगों की आवाजाही अधिक रहती है।<\/p>\n

स्थानीय नागरिकों का कहना है कि प्रतिदिन लगने वाले इस जाम से न केवल समय की बर्बादी होती है, बल्कि मरीजों, छात्रों और कार्यालय जाने वाले लोगों को भारी परेशानी उठानी पड़ती है। उन्होंने रेलवे, राजस्व विभाग और जिलाधिकारी भदोही से मांग की है कि संबंधित विभाग फाटक क्षेत्र का भौतिक सत्यापन करें और अतिक्रमण हटाकर रास्ते को सुगम बनाएं।<\/p>\n
