पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय में 5 से 12 जून तक निःशुल्क योग शिविर का आयोजन<\/strong><\/p>\n

जौनपुर।<\/strong>वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय, जौनपुर में 21 जून 2025 को मनाए जाने वाले अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में एक सात दिवसीय निःशुल्क योग शिविर आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यह शिविर 5 जून से 12 जून 2025 तक विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में चलेगा।<\/p>\n

इस शिविर में आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग, बंगलुरू के प्रशिक्षित योग आचार्य योग, ध्यान, प्राणायाम, तनाव और समय प्रबंधन जैसी जीवनशैली से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण विधाओं का प्रशिक्षण देंगे।<\/p>\n

शिविर में भाग लेने के लिए 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के सभी पुरुष और महिलाएं भाग ले सकते हैं। पहले दिन मेडिकल कॉलेज, जौनपुर की टीम द्वारा प्रतिभागियों का निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया जाएगा, जिसमें बीपी, शुगर, ऑक्सीजन, बीएमआई, बीएमआर, एकाग्रता आदि की जांच की जाएगी।<\/p>\n
