बदायूं ।<\/strong> जनपद के पॉक्सो स्पेशल कोर्ट ने नाबालिग का अपहरण करके दुष्कर्म किए जाने के मामले में दोषी आरोपी को 10 वर्ष की सज़ा और 40 हजार रुपए जुर्माना लगाया है मामला जनपद के थाना बिल्सी क्षेत्र में वर्ष 2019 का है। 10 वर्ष के कारावास की सजा में आरोपी के पिछले जेल में गुजारे दिन भी जोड़े जाएंगे।<\/p>\n

अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार वादी मुकदमा ने कोतवाली बिल्सी पुलिस को 23 जनवरी 2019 को तहरीर दी थी। बताया कि उनकी नाबालिग बेटी कक्षा 11 की छात्रा है। 16 जनवरी को वह पढ़ने के लिए स्कूल गई थी। गांव से निकलते ही सुखवीर पुत्र सुरमुख और उसके चाचा राम आसरे पुत्र प्रकाश उनकी बेटी को बहला फुसलाकर ले गए। घर वापस न आने पर परिजनों ने छात्रा की तलाश की। 18 जनवरी को छात्रा बिल्सी की गल्ला मंडी के पास मिली। उसने बताया कि वह स्कूल जा रही थी। इसी दौरान सुखवीर और उसके चाचा राम आसरे मिले। जबरदस्ती उसे कार में डालकर ले गए। सुखवीर उसे अपनी मौसी के घर नगरिया ले गया। एक कमरे में बंद करके सुखवीर ने उसके साथ गलत काम किया। न्यायालय में सुखवीर के खिलाफ नाबालिग लड़की से दुष्कर्म करने का मुकदमा चलाया गया।यूपी पुलिस महानिदेशक के ‘ऑपरेशन कन्विक्शन’ अभियान के तहत इस मामले की विशेष निगरानी की गई। मॉनीटरिंग सेल बदायूं और पैरोकार कांस्टेबल संजीव कुमार ने कोर्ट में मजबूत पैरवी की। आज स्पेशल पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने अभियुक्त को धारा 376(1) के तहत दोषी पाया। कोर्ट ने 40,000 रुपए का अर्थदंड भी लगाया है। अर्थदंड न चुकाने पर 6 माह का अतिरिक्त कारावास भुगतना होगा। जुर्माने की पूरी राशि पीड़िता को क्षतिपूर्ति के रूप में दी जाएगी। इस मामले में पैरोकार कांस्टेबल संजीव कुमार और जांच अधिकारी राज सिंह की भूमिका सराहनीय रही।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
