जौनपुर।<\/strong> वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा करंजकला ब्लॉक के डालहनपुर गांव के बहुउद्देशीय पंचायत भवन में तीन दिवसीय योग शिविर की शुरुआत बुधवार को हुई। शिविर में विश्वविद्यालय के योग विशेषज्ञों ने ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न योगासन, प्राणायाम और ध्यान की विधियों से परिचित कराया। विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति प्रोफेसर वंदना सिंह के निर्देश पर इस शिविर का आयोजन किया गया है।<\/p>\n

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में योग प्रचार – प्रसार के अंतर्गत तीन दिवसीय नवचेतना एवं बाल चेतना शिविर में ग्रामीणों को योगासन, भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम एवं रामध्यान कराया गया।<\/p>\n

मुख्य योग प्रशिक्षक जय सिंह एवं बेंगलुरु से आए हुए सह योग प्रशिक्षक विनय द्वारा शिविर के पहले दिन ग्रामीणों को योग कराया गया।<\/p>\n

योग प्रशिक्षक जय सिंह ने कहा कि योग सिर्फ हमारे शरीर को ही नहीं बल्कि हमारे मन को भी शांति प्रदान करता है। योग को अपने दैनिक दिनचर्या में जोड़कर हम प्रसन्नचित रह सकते हैं।शिविर के प्रथम दिवस ग्रामीणों ने चढ़-बढ़ कर प्रतिभाग किया और डालहनपुर के प्रधान कपिल देव सिंह, विश्वविद्यालय के चीफ प्रॉक्टर राजकुमार सोनी, डॉ दिग्विजय सिंह राठौर, डॉ इंद्रेश कुमार, समेत ग्रामवासी उपस्थित रहे।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
