 ओमप्रकाश वर्मानगरा(बलिया)।<\/strong> स्थानीय नगर पंचायत द्वारा स्थापित निशुल्क प्याऊ की स्थिति दयनीय है। एक माह पहले पृथ्वीराज चौहान की प्रतिमा के पास बड़े जोर शोर से इसका उद्घाटन किया गया था। नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष प्रतिनिधि ने सभासदों कर्मचारियों और व्यापारियों की मौजूदगी में फीता काटकर इसका शुभारंभ किया। किंतु प्याऊ का उद्घाटन केवल खाना पूर्ति साबित हो रहा है. नगर पंचायत द्वारा लोगों को आश्वस्थ किया गया था कि मटके में रोज साफ पेयजल भरा जाएगा, लेकिन आज मटका सूखा पड़ा है।मटके के ऊपर लगे कपड़े पर धूल की परत जमी हुई है। सबसे बड़ी बात है कि प्याऊ का मटका खुले आसमान के नीचे पड़ा है जिससे पानी भी गर्म हो जा रहा है। नगर पंचायत में कुछ स्थानों को छोड़कर कहीं हैंडपंप भी नहीं है।<\/p>\n

जिससे बाजार आने वाले लोगों को या तो घर से पानी की बोतल लानी पड़ती है या फिर दुकानों से पानी खरीदना पड़ता है। प्रचंड गर्मी में प्याऊ में पानी न होना व्यवस्था पर प्रश्न चिन्ह खड़ा करता है। स्थानीय युवा कारोबारी रियांशु जायसवाल के अनुसार मटके में कभी पानी नहीं भरा जाता प्यासे लोग खाली मटका देखकर वापस लौट जाते हैं।उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह नगर को आज तक टंकी से पानी नहीं मिला उसी तरह प्याऊ की भी स्थिति है।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
