शाहजहांपुर \/<\/strong> जनपद के स्वास्थ्य विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर वित्तीय अनियमितताएं सामने आई हैं। पूर्व सीएमओ डॉ. आरके गौतम के कार्यकाल में स्टेशनरी और उपकरणों की खरीद में भारी घोटाला किया गया।<\/p>\n

जांच में पता चला कि 10 रुपये की कीमत वाले पेन 95 रुपये में खरीदे गए। इस मद में साढ़े तीन लाख रुपये से अधिक का गबन हुआ। राइटिंग पैड और फोल्डर की खरीद में भी इतनी ही राशि खर्च की गई। एक चार्ट पेपर 116 रुपये की दर से खरीदा गया, जिस पर सवा चार लाख रुपये से ज्यादा खर्च किए गए। पेंसिल, रबर और शार्पनर की खरीद में 19 लाख रुपये का बजट खर्च किया गया।<\/p>\n

जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष ने निरीक्षण के दौरान इन अनियमितताओं को पकड़ा। डीएम धर्मेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के निर्देश पर गठित चार सदस्यीय टीम ने जांच में घोटाले की पुष्टि की। जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि खरीद के लिए जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति से अनुमोदन भी नहीं लिया गया।<\/p>\n

डीएम ने पूर्व सीएमओ डॉ. आरके गौतम, पूर्व एसीएमओ डॉ. गोविंद स्वर्णकार, डॉ. मनोज मिश्रा, स्टोर इंचार्ज चीफ फार्मासिस्ट पवन गुप्ता, प्रधान सहायक संजय सिंह, लेखा प्रबंधक चंद्र प्रकाश पांडेय और जिला प्रशासनिक अधिकारी रामकिशोर के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की सिफारिश की है। साथ ही पूर्व सीएमओ के तीन साल के कार्यकाल की पूरी खरीद की जांच और उनके खिलाफ सेवानिवृत्ति नियमों के तहत कार्रवाई की भी संस्तुति की है।<\/p>\n
