पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय की छात्रा ने फांसी लगाकर दी जान, जांच में जुटी पुलिस<\/strong><\/p>\n

जौनपुर।<\/strong> वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय के लक्ष्मीबाई हॉस्टल में रहने वाली 23 वर्षीय छात्रा शिवांगी मिश्रा ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। बायोटेक्नोलॉजी की सेकंड ईयर की छात्रा शिवांगी ने अपने मंगेतर से फोन पर बातचीत के दौरान यह कदम उठाया। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस और विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन मौके पर पहुंच गए।<\/p>\n

छात्रा के कमरे का दरवाजा तोड़कर वार्डन और सहपाठियों ने उसे फंदे से उतारा और तत्काल ज़िला अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. कौस्तुभ अपनी टीम के साथ अस्पताल पहुंचे और पूरे मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी।<\/p>\n

पुलिस के अनुसार, प्रारंभिक जांच में सामने आया है कि घटना के समय शिवांगी अपने मंगेतर आकाश से फोन पर बात कर रही थी। कुछ देर बाद जब उसने फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया तो आकाश ने हॉस्टल में रहने वाली उसकी सहेली को फोन कर मामले की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद सहेली और अन्य छात्राओं ने दरवाजा तोड़कर उसे फंदे से उतारा।<\/p>\n

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि छात्रा के परिजनों को सूचना दे दी गई है और उनके पहुंचने पर पोस्टमॉर्टम की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी। पोस्टमॉर्टम की वीडियोग्राफी कराई जाएगी ताकि किसी भी संदिग्ध स्थिति की जांच की जा सके।<\/p>\n

इस घटना से विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है। पुलिस हर संभावित पहलू को ध्यान में रखते हुए जांच कर रही है और छात्रा के मंगेतर, वार्डन तथा सहपाठियों से पूछताछ कर रही है। अब तक की जांच में कोई स्पष्ट कारण सामने नहीं आया है, पुलिस मामले की छानबीन कर रही है और घटना का कारण पता लगाने में जुटी हुई है।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
