बदायूं \/<\/strong> विगत दिवस शुक्रवार को दिन में एक रिक्शा चालक को उसके पड़ोसी ने मारपीट की थी जिसकी शिकायत उसने पुलिस से की लेकिन पुलिस द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करने से नाराज रिक्शा चालक आपने हाथ में तेल की बोतल लेकर एसएसपी आवास के पास पहुंचा और खुद पर तेल छिड़क कर आग लगाने केके माचिस निकलने लगा जिसको वहां मौजूद सुरक्षा कर्मियों ने पकड़ लिया इससे उसके कपड़ों में आग नहीं लग सकी। पुलिस ने उसका जिला अस्पताल में मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया है। सिविल लाइंस पुलिस ने ई-रिक्शा चालक के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है।<\/p>\n

जानकारी के अनुसार सदर कोतवाली के मोहल्ला लोची नगला निवासी छविराम उर्फ श्यामचरण (45) ई-रिक्शा चलाकर परिवार का पालन पोषण करता है। छविराम के मुताबिक, दो दिन पहले उसका पड़ोस के रहने वाले लोगों से विवाद हो गया था। विवाद के बाद पड़ोस के लोगों ने उसके साथ मारपीट की। इससे वह चोटिल हो गया। वह आरोपियों की शिकायत करने सदर कोतवाली पहुंचा। यहां पुलिस ने उसकी तहरीर पर कार्रवाई नहीं की। इससे आरोपियों के हौसले बुलंद हो गए। वह फिर से मारने पीटने की धमकी देने लगे। इससे वह दहशत में आ गया था।<\/p>\n

आरोपियों पर पुलिस की कार्रवाई न होने से आहत छविराम शुक्रवार रात एसएसपी आवास के बाहर पहुंचा। जहां उसने खुद के ऊपर ज्वलनशील पदार्थ डाल लिया। वह जेब में रखी माचिस निकालकर आग लगाने जा रहा था। इसी बीच एसएसपी आवास के बाहर तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों की नजर उस पर पड़ गई। पुलिस ने उसे दबोच लिया। पुलिस उसे जिला अस्पताल लेकर आई। यहां उसका मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया गया। मेडिकल परीक्षण में डॉक्टर ने बताया कि ई-रिक्शा चालक अपने ऊपर सरसों का तेल डाला था। वहीं, सिविल लाइंस पुलिस ने एसआई भूपेंद्र की तहरीर पर ई-रिक्शा चालक के खिलाफ आत्मघाती कदम उठाने के आरोप में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है। सिविल लाइंस इंस्पेक्टर मनोज कुमार ने बताया कि ई-रिक्शा चालक ने नशे में एसएसपी आवास के सामने सरसों का तेल डालकर आत्मदाह की कोशिश की थी। उसके खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है। उसे अदालत के सामने पेश किया जाएगा।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
