भदोही जनपद के बि0ख0ज्ञानपुर क्षेत्र के ग्राम पंचायत पूरे विश्वनाथ में स्थित ग्राम सचिवालय हमेशा बंद रहने से ग्रामीणों को भारी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, सचिवालय में नियुक्त पंचायत सहायक अक्सर अनुपस्थित रहते हैं, जिससे सरकारी योजनाओं और प्रमाणपत्रों से जुड़ा कोई भी कार्य समय पर नहीं हो पाता।<\/p>\n

ग्राम पंचायत पूरे विश्वनाथ में बनाए गए सचिवालय का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देना, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जारी करना, पेंशन से जुड़े कार्यों को निपटाना और अन्य प्रशासनिक सुविधाएं प्रदान करना था। लेकिन पंचायत सचिवालय का हमेशा बंद रहना इसे महज एक शोपीस बना रहा है। पंचायत भवन के बाहर अक्सर ताला लटका रहता है, जिससे लोगों को छोटे-छोटे कामों के लिए भटकना पड़ता है।<\/p>\n

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि पंचायत सहायक कार्यालय में कभी नजर नहीं आते। जब भी लोग अपने काम के लिए सचिवालय जाते हैं, तो उन्हें बंद दरवाजा और लटकता ताला ही देखने को मिलता है। कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद अब तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है।<\/p>\n
