बदायूं \/<\/strong> जनपद के एक ट्रैक्टर एजेंसी के डीलर द्वारा आत्महत्या किए जाने के मामले में फिल्म अभिनेता अमिताभ बच्चन के दामाद निखिल नंदा सहित नौ लोगों पर आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने और विवश करने करने का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है यह मुकदमा कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद दर्ज हुआ है । मृतक डीलर ने अपनी सुसाइड नोट और परिवार को बताया था कि कम सेल होने पर उसे धमकाया जा रहा था और लाइसेंस निरस्त करने की धमकी देकर मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा था।<\/p>\n

मृतक के भाई ज्ञानेंद्र सिंह की शिकायत पर दातागंज कोतवाली में आशीष बालियान (एरिया मैनेजर) सुमित राघव (सेल्स मैनेजर) दिनेश पंत (बरेली हेड) पंकज भाकर (फाइनेंस कलेक्शन) अमित पंत (सेल्स मैनेजर)नीरज मेहरा (सेल्स हेड) निखिल नंदा (दामाद अमिताभ बच्चन, पुत्र राजन) शिशांत गुप्ता (डीलर, शाहजहांपुर) एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा बिक्री बढ़ाने को लेकर प्रताड़ित करने पर आत्महत्या किए जाने का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है ।<\/p>\n

मृतक जितेंद्र सिंह (40) दातागंज, बदायूं में “जय किसान ट्रेडर्स फार्म ट्रैक ट्रैक्टर” नामक ट्रैक्टर एजेंसी चलाता था। उसका बिजनेस पार्टनर लल्ला बाबू पारिवारिक विवाद के चलते जेल चला गया था, जिससे जितेंद्र अकेले एजेंसी संभाल रहा था। कंपनी के अधिकारी और फाइनेंसर बार-बार एजेंसी पर आकर जितेंद्र पर सेल बढ़ाने का दबाव बना रहे थे। वे कहते थे कि अगर वह सेल नहीं बढ़ाएगा तो एजेंसी का लाइसेंस निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा और उसे इतना परेशान कर देंगे कि उसकी पूरी संपत्ति बिक जाएगी।<\/p>\n

21 नवंबर को सुनाई खरी खोटी और धमकाया<\/strong><\/p>\n

ज्ञानेंद्र सिंह बताया कि 21 नवंबर 2024 को आरोपी एजेंसी पहुंचे और जितेंद्र को खरी-खोटी सुनाई। उन्होंने उसे मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया। अगले दिन, 22 नवंबर 2024 को सुबह 6 बजे, जितेंद्र ने आत्महत्या कर ली।<\/p>\n
