बरेली \/<\/strong> जनपद की एक अदालत ने दहेज हत्या के मामले ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए मृतका के पति और उसके सास ससुर को फांसी की सज़ा सुनाई है और अपने फैसले में टिप्पणी करते न्यायधीश ने कहा कि समाज में फैली दहेज जैसी कुप्रथा के कारण न जाने कितनी बेटियां असमय कालकवलित हो रही है अगर इस प्रकार के फैसले नहीं होंगे तो बेटियां हमेशा खतरे में रहेंगी इस लिए इस अपराध में ऐसी सज़ा दिया जाना अतिआवश्यक है ।<\/p>\n

सहायक जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता दिगंबर सिंह ने बताया कि एक मई 2024 को फराह (19) की धारदार हथियार से गला काटकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। सिंह ने बताया कि शादी के एक साल बाद ही महज बुलेट मोटर साइकिल के लिए फराह की हत्या कर दी गई। शासकीय अधिवक्ता के अनुसाार अभियुक्तों ने एक महिला की मात्र दहेज के लालच में साजिशन हत्या की । इस मामले में अभियुक्त 25 वर्षीय मकसद अली फराह का पति है, साबिर अली उसके ससुर हैं और मसीतन उर्फ हमशीरन उसकी सास हैं।<\/p>\n

अदालत ने इस मामले में पति मकसद अली, ससुर साबिर अली (60) और सास मसीतन उर्फ हमशीरन (55) को फांसी की सजा सुनाई। तीनों के खिलाफ नवाबगंज थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। अदालत ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि आज भी समाज में बेटियों को बोझ समझा जाता है। अदालत ने कहा कि उनकी शादी को माता-पिता के लिए जीवन की सबसे बड़ी जिम्मेदारी मान लिया जाता है, जिससे दहेज जैसी प्रथाएं जन्म लेती हैं। न्यायाधीश ने कहा, हमें इस मानसिकता को बदलना होगा। न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि यदि इस तरह के अपराधों में नरमी बरती जाती है, तो यह समाज में अपराध को बढ़ावा देने जैसा होगा। अदालत ने कहा कि दहेज हत्या का यह मामला जघन्यतम अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है, इसलिए दोषियों को फांसी की सजा दी जाती है। अदालत ने कहा कि यह केवल एक महिला की हत्या का मामला नहीं है, बल्कि यह पूरे समाज के लिए चेतावनी है और यदि इस तरह के मामलों में कठोर दंड नहीं दिया गया, तो बेटियों की सुरक्षा खतरे में पड़ जाएगी। अदालत ने इस मामले को दुर्लभतम मामलों की श्रेणी में रखते हुए दोषियों को फांसी की सजा सुनाई।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
