हापुड़ में नगर पालिका द्वारा शहर के आठ मोहल्लों में नाली और सड़कों का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। करीब डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये की लागत से यह विकास कार्य कराए जाएंगे। सड़कों का निर्माण होने से लोगों को आवागमन में सहूलियत मिलेगी। इससे कुछ मोहल्लों की जलनिकासी की समस्या भी दूर होगी। पालिका की पूर्व की बोर्ड बैठक से प्रस्ताव पास हो चुके हैं।<\/p>\n

शहर में में कई स्थानों पर सड़कें जर्जर हालत में होने के कारण लोगों को आवाजाही में परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। शहरी क्षेत्र की जर्जर हो चुकी सड़कों और नालियों के निर्माण के लिए पालिका द्वारा वार्ड नंबर 14 के मोहल्ला खुर्जा पेंच में साइड वाली गलियों, वार्ड 16 के मेरठ रोड पर जैन मंदिर वाली गली. वार्ड 29 के मोहल्ला मोहल्ला गांधी गंज में नाली व सीसी सड़क, मोहल्ला कसेरठ बाजार में चक्की वाली गली में नाली व सीसी रोड, मोहल्ला शिवपुरी में गत्ता फैक्टरी के पास, रेलवे रोड पर वार्ड 23 के मोहल्ला सूरजगंज में डॉ. नरेंद्र मोहन के बराबर वाली गली, वार्ड नंबर 34 के मोहल्ला श्रीनगर में ओपी गुप्ता के मकान से राकेश शर्मा के मकान तक और मोहल्ला रामगंज में नाली व इंटरलॉकिंग सड़क का निर्माण कराया जाएगा।<\/p>\n
