बदायूं \/<\/strong> जनपद के एडीजे प्रथम कोर्ट ने आज एक डबल मर्डर मामले में दो मौसेरे भाइयों को उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई जिसके साथ दोनों पर 65 – 65 हजार रुपए अर्थदंड भी लगाया है मामला जनपद के थाना अलापुर क्षेत्र ग्राम झंडपुर का वर्ष 2020 का है जहां 25 जनवरी को शाम के समय अलाव तापते समय दोनों मौसेरे भाइयों ने दो युवकों की हत्या कर दी थी कोर्ट के फैसले का मृतकों के परिजनों ने स्वागत किया है ।<\/p>\n

घटना की शाम को आशीष (22) और रवि (24) अपने घर के बाहर परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ अलाव ताप रहे थे। इसी दौरान धनवीर यादव और उसका मौसेरा भाई आगेश यादव वहां पहुंचे और गालियां देने लगे। विरोध करने पर धनवीर ने लाइसेंसी बंदूक से आशीष पर और आगेश ने तमंचे से रवि पर गोलियां चला दीं। आशीष की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई, जबकि गंभीर रूप से रवि को हायर सेंटर रेफर किया गया, जहां तीन दिन बाद उसकी भी मौत हो गई। चार साल के लंबे कानूनी संघर्ष के बाद न्यायाधीश सुयश प्रकाश श्रीवास्तव ने दोनों आरोपियों को दोषी करार देते हुए यह ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया। पीड़ित परिवारों ने इस फैसले को न्याय की जीत बताया है। बताया जाता है कि मरने वाले दोनों युवक छात्र थे जिसमें मृतक आशीष बीएससी फाइनल कर चुका था रवि दिल्ली में रहकर पढ़ाई कर रहा था छुट्टियों में दोनो अपने घर आए हुए थे तभी इन लोगो द्वारा दोनों की हत्या कर दी गई थी ।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
