जौनपुर।<\/strong>उत्तर प्रदेशीय प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष अमित सिंह के नेतृत्व में गुरुवार की देर शाम शिक्षकों का एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल जिलाधिकारी डा. दिनेश चंद्र सिंह से मुलाकात कर उन्हें शिक्षको के समस्याओं से अवगत कराया साथ ही जनपद के परिषदीय विद्यालय के बच्चों का जन्म प्रमाणपत्र बनवाने में उनके अभिभावकों को जो अत्यंत ही कठिनाई का सामना कर करना पड़ रहा है उसके बारे में भी जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया। बताया कि आफिसों का चक्कर लगाने के साथ ही उनका आर्थिक शोषण भी किया जा रहा है और जन्म प्रमाण पत्र समय से उपलब्ध न होने के कारण आधार नहीं बन पा रहा है और आधार न बनने के कारण परिषदीय विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों का डीबीटी समय से नहीं हो पा रहा है।वहीं अमित सिंह ने जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया कि परिषदीय विद्यालय में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों के डीबीटी के लिए विभाग द्वारा आधार आवश्यक कर दिया गया है और आधार बनवाने के लिए बच्चों का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक होता है। आधार बनवाने के लिए पहले विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक द्वारा सत्यापित जन्मतिथि पर ही आधार बन जाता था जिससे अभिभावकों को इसके लिए दौड़ भाग नहीं करना पड़ता था लेकिन अब ब्लाक\/स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जारी जन्म प्रमाणपत्र को आवश्यक कर दिया गया है इसके लिए अभिभावकों को ब्लाक का चक्कर काटना पड़ता है और समय से जन्मप्रमाण पत्र नहीं मिल पाता जिसके आभाव में डीबीटी से बच्चे वंचित रह जाते हैं।<\/span>जिलाधिकारी ने उक्त विषय की गंभीरता को देखते हुए जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी व संगठन से परिषदीय विद्यालयों के जिन बच्चों का जन्म प्रमाणपत्र नही बना है उनका 30 दिसम्बर तक उन बच्चों की सूची उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कहा तथा इस संदर्भ में उन्होंने आगामी दो जनवरी को समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक आहूत किया है जिससे परिषदीय स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र सुगमता से उनके अभिभावकों को उपलब्ध हो सके।<\/span>इस अवसर पर प्रतिनिधिमंडल में जिला संयुक्त मंत्री शैलेंद्र सिंह जिला उपाध्यक्ष राजेश सिंह टोनी, संतोष सिंह बघेल व देवेंद्र सिंह उपस्थित रहे।<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
