अल्मोड़ा।<\/strong>जिले की तहसील परिसर में उत्तराखंड भूमिविधियों के सम्बन्ध में एक बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें उपजिलाधिकारी द्वाराहाट, सुनील कुमार राज की अध्यक्षता में बुद्धिजीवियों, काश्तकारों, अधिवक्ताओं और आम जनमानस ने भाग लिया। इस बैठक में भूमि से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया, और सभी उपस्थित लोगों ने अपने-अपने सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए।<\/span><\/p>\n

मुख्य सुझावों में यह था कि राज्य में एक मजबूत भू-कानून लागू होने तक बाहरी व्यक्तियों द्वारा भूमि की खरीद-फरोख्त पर रोक लगाई जाए। इसके अतिरिक्त, खतौनी में कम्प्यूटरीकरण के दौरान हुई त्रुटियों को सुधारने के लिए प्रपत्र 12 को फिर से सुचारू रूप से लागू किया जाए, और रजिस्ट्री निरीक्षक को अधिकृत किया जाए। इसके अलावा, चकबंदी के संदर्भ में स्थानीय लोगों ने सुझाव दिया कि स्वैच्छिक चकबंदी को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।<\/p>\n

उत्तराखंड मूल से बाहर के व्यक्तियों को आवासीय प्रयोजन हेतु भूमि विक्रय पर भी विचार किया गया, जिसमें यह सुझाव दिया गया कि विक्रय करने पर विक्रेता को एक साल में केवल एक बार विक्रय करने की अनुमति दी जाए।<\/p>\n
