(आशुतोष शर्मा) संभल\/मुरादाबाद ।<\/strong> विगत दिवस संभल में हुई हिंसा के मामले में पुलिस ने समाजवादी पार्टी के सांसद जिया-उर-रहमान बर्क और स्थानीय सपा विधायक इकबाल महमूद के बेटे सोहेल इकबाल के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है और 25 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है. इस मामले में पुलिस ने 6 FIR दर्ज की हैं।<\/p>\n

एफआईआर में जिक्र है कि समाजवादी पार्टी के सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क ने राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए भीड़ को भड़काया और सांप्रदायिक माहौल बिगाड़ा. हिंसा से 2 दिन पहले सांसद बर्क प्रशासन की अनुमति के बिना जामा मस्जिद गए थे।<\/p>\n

संभल हिंसा की FIR में आरोपी नंबर जियाउर्रहमान बर्क को बनाया गया है, जबकि आरोपी नंबर दूसरा आरोपी सुहैल इकबाल को बनाया गया है. इसके साथ ही 800 अज्ञात लोगों को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है. FIR के मुताबिक कोर्ट के आदेश पर 24 नवंबर को जामा मस्जिद का सर्वे किया जा रहा था, तभी सुबह 9 बजे 700 से 800 अज्ञात लोगों की भीड़ घातक हथियारों से लैस होकर जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे की प्रक्रिया को बाधित करने के उद्देश्य से आ गई।संभल में जामा मस्जिद सर्वे के दौरान रविवार को हुई हिंसा में पथराव करने वाले शहर के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से आए। अभी तक जिन 25 आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी हुई है, उसमें 13 हिंसा प्रभावित इलाकों के रहने वाले नहीं हैं। उनके घर 3 से 6 किलोमीटर दूर हैं।<\/span><\/p>\n

कुछ आरोपी सपा सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क के इलाके से हैं। जिन चार युवकों की मौत हुई, उनमें से तीन जामा मस्जिद इलाके में नहीं रहते थे।सर्वे वाली सुबह जब पुलिस फोर्स का मूवमेंट शुरू हुआ तो मुस्लिम कम्युनिटी में हलचल बढ़नी शुरू हुई। पुलिस मान रही है कि ये सभी उपद्रवी वॉट्सऐप पर बल्क मैसेज भेजकर जामा मस्जिद के पास इकट्ठा किए गए थे। इन आरोपियों ने कश्मीर स्टाइल में पत्थर-बाजी की। मुंह पर कपड़े बांधे थे और उनके हाथों में पत्थर थे।<\/span>हिंसा के 48 घंटे बाद संभल के हालात पूरी तरह शांतिपूर्ण हैं। स्कूल खोल दिए गए हैं, लेकिन इंटरनेट आज भी बंद है।<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
