शाहजहांपुर \/<\/strong> गाय का दूध निकालने के बाद अधिकाश गौपालक अपनी गायों को सड़को पर छोड़ देते है जिसके कारण उनकी गिनती भी आवारा गौवंश में आती और लोगों के आवागमन में दिक्कत पैदा करते है जिसको देखते हुए जनपद के जिला अधिकारी धर्मेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने आदेश पारित करते पालतू गौवंश सड़क पर मिलने पर 20 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना मालिक पर लगाए जाने के निर्देश दिए है ।<\/p>\n

आपने आदेश में जिला अधिकारी ने कहा है जनपद के जो लोग पालतू गाय को दूध निकाल लेने के बाद सड़कों पर घूमने के लिए छोड़ देते हैं ऐसे गाय पालने वालों पर ऐसी सभी गायों को पकड़ा जाए तथा गाय पालने वालों पर रु0 20 हजार का जुर्माना वसूला जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि पशुपालकों द्वारा रात्रि एवं दिन में पशुओं को सड़कों पर छोड़ दिया जाता है जिससे आने जाने वाले लोगों को समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि पशु पकड़े जाने पर 20 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।<\/p>\n

खुले घूमने वाले गौवंश हर आम जनमानस के लिए समस्या बन चुके है लेकिन इस मौके पर डीएम के जुर्माने के आदेश आने पर लोगो ने डीएम के इस फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि जिला अधिकारी धर्मेंद्र प्रताप सिंह की दूरगामी सोच का परिणाम यह फैसला है इस फैसले पर यदि सही से अमल हो जाता है तो नगर से गौवंश की समस्या समाप्त हो जाएगी जिसके कारण आए दिन इन गौवंशीय के कारण होने वाली मार्ग दुर्घटनाएं भी बंद हो जाएगी और लोग अपने आपको सुरक्षित महसूस करेंगे।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
