अल्मोड़ा।<\/strong>आम आदमी पार्टी के संस्थापक सदस्य और पूर्व विधानसभा प्रत्याशी, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता भुवन जोशी ने क्वारब-खैरना सड़क पर भूस्खलन की समस्या को लेकर जिम्मेदार संस्थाओं पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि विभाग, प्रशासन, राज्य सरकार और केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री तक इस महत्वपूर्ण मार्ग की स्थिति सुधारने में विफल रहे हैं। जोशी ने आरोप लगाया कि हालांकि राज्य में डबल इंजन की सरकार है और केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री भी इस क्षेत्र के सांसद हैं, लेकिन सड़क की खस्ताहाल स्थिति को सुधारने में उनकी कोई ठोस पहल नहीं हुई।<\/p>\n

जोशी ने कहा कि अल्मोड़ा, बागेश्वर और पिथौरागढ़ को पहाड़ से जोड़ने वाला यह मार्ग एक जीवन रेखा है, जिसका दैनिक उपयोग हजारों यात्रियों द्वारा किया जाता है। दिल्ली, देहरादून, हरिद्वार, चंडीगढ़ और हल्द्वानी जाने वाली गाड़ियों का प्रमुख मार्ग यही है, लेकिन लगातार भूस्खलन के कारण मार्ग बंद रहने से यात्रियों को भारी असुविधा हो रही है। वैकल्पिक मार्गों का प्रयोग समय और धन की बर्बादी कर रहा है, जिससे आम जनता की जेब पर बोझ पड़ रहा है। जोशी ने कहा कि खासकर विवाह सीजन में बारातों को लंबा रास्ता तय करना पड़ रहा है, जिससे टैक्सी चालकों द्वारा किराया बढ़ा दिया गया है।<\/p>\n

उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि प्रशासन चुनावों में व्यस्त था और मार्ग बंद होने के बाद अपनी जिम्मेदारी से इतिश्री कर ली। जोशी ने यह भी कहा कि मार्ग बंद होने के चार दिन बाद भी कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया है और पहाड़ जाने वाले लोग भारी परेशानियों का सामना कर रहे हैं। माल ढुलाई महंगी हो गई है और बाजार में आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतें बढ़ गई हैं। जोशी ने कहा कि यह स्थिति विभागीय असंवेदनशीलता का परिणाम है और जनता इसके खिलाफ आक्रोशित है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि सरकार को इसका जवाब जनता द्वारा जरूर मिलेगा।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
