12 सितंबर को जनपद न्यायाधीश राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का उद्घाटन<\/strong><\/p>\n

बदायूँ।<\/strong> सिविल जज (सी०डि०) त्वरित न्यायाधीश\/ प्रभारी सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ अंकित रस्तोगी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, नई दिल्ली एवं उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, लखनऊ के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ द्वारा दिनांक 12 सितंबर 2026 को जनपद बदायूँ में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन प्रातः 10ः00 बजे से  जनपद न्यायाधीश\/अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ की अध्यक्षता में किया जाएगा।<\/p>\n

राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का उद्घाटन 12 सितंबर 2026 को प्रातः 09ः30 बजे जनपद न्यायालय के दीवानी न्यायालय परिसर स्थित केंद्रीय सभागार, बदायूँ में माननीय अध्यक्ष\/जनपद न्यायाधीश, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ के कर कमलों द्वारा किया जाएगा।<\/p>\n

जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण द्वारा लोक अदालत के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम एवं प्रेस वार्ता के संबंध में मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों से निर्धारित तिथि, समय एवं स्थान पर उपस्थित होकर कार्यक्रम की कवरेज करने की अपेक्षा की गई है। कार्यक्रम के दौरान  जनपद न्यायाधीश\/अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ, माननीय नोडल अधिकारी\/विशेष न्यायाधीश, एस.सी.\/एस.टी. बदायूँ एवं अन्य माननीय न्यायिक अधिकारीगण द्वारा संबोधन किया जाएगा।<\/p>\n

राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का उद्देश्य विभिन्न वादों एवं प्रकरणों का सुलभ एवं त्वरित निस्तारण कर वादकारियों को शीघ्र न्याय उपलब्ध कराना है। लोक अदालत में पक्षकार आपसी सहमति एवं सुलह-समझौते के आधार पर अपने प्रकरणों का निस्तारण करा सकते हैं।<\/p>\n

जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ द्वारा जनपदवासियों से अपील की गई है कि वे राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं तथा आपसी सुलह-समझौते के माध्यम से अपने वादों का निस्तारण कराने के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार प्रतिभाग करें।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
