बलिया परिषदीय स्कूलों में बाहरी व्यक्तियों का प्रवेश वर्जित; बीएसए मनीष कुमार सिंह ने सोशल मीडिया वीडियोग्राफी पर रोक लगाई<\/strong><\/p>\n

 संजीव सिंह ।बलिया ।<\/strong> जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी (बीएसए) मनीष कुमार सिंह ने जनपद-बलिया के समस्त परिषदीय विद्यालयों में बाहरी व्यक्तियों का प्रवेश तत्काल प्रभाव से वर्जित कर दिया है। जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि कोई भी बाहरी व्यक्ति, यू-ट्यूबर या सोशल मीडिया से जुड़ा कोई भी व्यक्ति अधोहस्ताक्षरी या सक्षम अधिकारी की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना विद्यालयों में प्रवेश कर फोटो या वीडियोग्राफी नहीं करेगा। यह आदेश तुरंत लागू होगा।<\/p>\n

बीएसए ने आदेश में उल्लेख किया है कि कुछ बाहरी व्यक्ति और यू-ट्यूबर अनाधिकृत रूप से परिषदीय स्कूलों में प्रवेश कर विद्यालय भवन, शिक्षक व स्टाफ के फोटो व वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर साझा कर रहे हैं। इस वजह से विद्यालयों में पढ़ाई-लिखाई प्रभावित हो रही है तथा शिक्षक पद की गरिमा और विभाग की साख को झकझोरने वाले प्रसंग सामने आ रहे हैं।<\/p>\n

आदेश में यह भी बताया गया है कि शासन-प्रशासन द्वारा विद्यालयों के निरीक्षण हेतु पहले से विभागीय तथा जनपदीय अधिकारी नामित किए जा चुके हैं, और वे समय-समय पर निरीक्षण व अनुश्रवण कर रहे हैं। इन्हीं बिंदुओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए तथा पठन-पाठन की निर्बाधता और शिक्षक प्रतिष्ठा की रक्षा हेतु यह कदम उठाया गया है।<\/p>\n

बीएसए ने स्कूल प्रधानाचार्यों और संबंधित अधिकारी\/कर्मचारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे इस आदेश का पालन सुनिश्चित करें तथा अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों के प्रवेश को रोकें। किसी अनधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा स्कूल में प्रवेश या फोटो-वीडियो बनाते हुए पाए जाने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी और मामले की जानकारी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को दी जाएगी।<\/p>\n

प्रशासन ने अभिभावकों और समुदाय से भी अपील की है कि वे विद्यालयों में शैक्षिक माहौल बनाए रखने के लिए सहयोग करें और सोशल मीडिया पर अनधिकृत रूप से विद्यालयों से जुड़ी सामग्री साझा करने से बचें।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
