स्टे के बावजूद विवादित भूमि पर निर्माण का आरोप, पुलिस पहुंचते ही मजदूर मौके से भागे<\/strong>
\nभदोही।<\/strong> अभोली ब्लॉक के दशवतपुर संजयनगर गांव में दीवानी न्यायालय द्वारा स्टे आदेश जारी होने के बावजूद विवादित भूमि पर निर्माण कराए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया है कि न्यायालय के आदेश की अनदेखी करते हुए रविवार सुबह करीब 50 मजदूर लगाकर बाउंड्रीवाल का निर्माण कराया जा रहा था। पुलिस के मौके पर पहुंचते ही मजदूर वहां से भाग निकले, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने निर्माण कार्य रुकवाकर बिना अनुमति आगे निर्माण न करने की चेतावनी दी।
\nपीड़ित राधेश्याम यादव के अनुसार, सुरियावां थाना क्षेत्र के संजयनगर दशवतपुर गांव स्थित गाटा संख्या 595\/100 उनकी भूमिधरी भूमि है। उनके मुताबिक, समीपवर्ती पट्टाधारक राजाराम बिंद उनकी जमीन पर कब्जा करने का प्रयास कर रहे थे। इस विवाद को लेकर उन्होंने दीवानी न्यायालय में वाद दायर किया था, जिस पर सिविल जज (जूनियर डिवीजन) ने संबंधित भूमि पर किसी भी प्रकार के निर्माण पर रोक (स्टे) का आदेश जारी किया।
\nराधेश्याम यादव का आरोप है कि 4 जुलाई 2026 को स्टे आदेश प्राप्त होने के बावजूद 5 जुलाई (रविवार) की सुबह लगभग 50 मजदूरों को लगाकर विवादित भूमि पर बाउंड्रीवाल का निर्माण शुरू करा दिया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि सुबह करीब सात बजे से पुलिस को सूचना दी जा रही थी, लेकिन लगभग तीन घंटे बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस को देखकर निर्माण कार्य में लगे मजदूर मौके से भाग गए।
\nपुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर निर्माण कार्य रुकवाया और दोनों पक्षों को बिना सक्षम अनुमति के किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण न करने की हिदायत दी।
\nपीड़ित ने जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक से मामले में निष्पक्ष कार्रवाई, भूमि की पैमाइश कराने, न्याय दिलाने तथा सुरक्षा उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है।
