जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष वर्षा यादव ने कहा कि जनपद का ऐतिहासिक मेला ककोडा जनपद की एक पहचान है। यह रोहिलखंड का मिनी कुंभ कहलाता है। उन्होंने जनपद वासियों से मेले में आकर धर्म लाभ लेने का आह्वान भी किया। <\/span><\/p>\n

जिलाधिकारी निधि श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि शुक्रवार को मेला ककोड़ा में गंगा तट पर लगने वाले मेले के लिए झंडी स्थापना व पूजन कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग कर वह अपने आपको भाग्यशाली मानती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मेले में जनपद बदायूं के अतिरिक्त अन्य कई जनपदों से श्रद्धालु आकर मेला ककोड़ा में गंगा के तट पर स्नान कर धर्म लाभ करते हैं। <\/span><\/p>\n
