मुरादाबाद ।<\/strong> कल शाम नगर निगम की टीम को उस समय अपनी जाना मुश्किल पड़ गया जब वह बिना फोर्स के सड़क किनारे बनी जुग्गी झोपड़ी हटवाने पहुंच गई टीम को देखते ही जुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाली महिलाएं अपने हाथों में लाठी डंडे लेकर टीम को दौड़ाने लगी इसी दौरान टीम द्वारा 112 को काल करके फोर्स बुलाई भी गई लेकिन फोर्स फिर भी टाइम पर नहीं पहुंची इस कारण अतिक्रमण को हटाने की चेतावनी देकर बैरंग लौट गई नगर निगम द्वारा बताया गया पिछले छह माह से जुग्गी झोपड़ी हटवाने के लिए फोर्स की डिमांड की जा रही है लेकिन अभी तक फोर्स नहीं मिल सकी जिस कारण विवश होकर टीम को अकेले बिना फोर्स के जाना पड़ा।<\/p>\n

आपको बताते चले कि मुरादाबाद में सड़क किनारे मौजूद अवैध जुग्गी झोपड़ियों के कारण अतिक्रमण फैला हुआ जिसके कारण यातायात अवरुद्ध हो रहा है इसी को लेकर नगर निगम द्वारा जुग्गी झोपड़ी हटाने हेतु पिछले छह माह से प्रशासन से फोर्स की डिमांड की जा रही थी लेकिन प्रशासन द्वारा फोर्स उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई इधर दिन प्रतिदिन जुग्गी झोपड़ी के अतिक्रमण से यातयात में बढ़ती दुश्वारियों को समाप्त करने के उद्देश्य से निगम द्वारा बिना फोर्स के उन्हें हटाने के निर्णय लिया गया लेकिन बिना पर्याप्त पुलिस फोर्स के अतिक्रमण हटाने पहुंची टीम को महिलाओं और पुरुषों के विरोध से दो घंटे तक जूझना पड़ा। इस दौरान कुछ महिलाओं ने निगम की महिला गार्डों के हाथों से डंडे छीनने का प्रयास किया। प्रवर्तन दल में शामिल महिला गार्ड और स्थानीय महिलाओं के बीच भी धक्का-मुक्की हुई। कुछ महिलाएं झुग्गी से डंडे निकाल लाईं और अभद्रता, हंगामा और गाली गलौज पर करती रहीं। मौके पर मौजूद अधिकारियों ने हालात बिगड़ते देख 112 नंबर पर काल की। इसके बावजूद भी तत्काल पर्याप्त पुलिस बल नहीं पहुंच सका। स्थिति को भांपते हुए प्रवर्तन दल को कार्रवाई बीच में रोककर झुग्गीवासियों को दो घंटे के भीतर स्वयं अतिक्रमण हटाने की चेतावनी देकर लौटना पड़ा। अपर नगर आयुक्त अजीत कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि आगे पुलिस फोर्स मिलने पर नगर निगम की टीम अतिक्रमण हटाएगी।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
