बदायूं।<\/strong> जनपद में मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत थाना कुंवरगांव पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को 5 किलो 350 ग्राम अवैध डोडा छिल्का और एक चाकू के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। बरामद मादक पदार्थ की अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कीमत करीब 40 हजार रुपये बताई गई है।<\/p>\n

वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर के निर्देशन एवं क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर के पर्यवेक्षण में थाना कुंवरगांव पुलिस ने यह कार्रवाई की। पुलिस के अनुसार 23 मई 2026 की रात करीब 11:55 बजे कुंवरगांव-आंवला रोड स्थित सिगोई मोड़ के यात्री शेड के पास से आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया गया।<\/p>\n

गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान शाकिब उर्फ चीता पुत्र शाकिर निवासी थाने के पीछे, कस्बा एवं थाना अलीगंज, जनपद बरेली के रूप में हुई है। तलाशी के दौरान उसके कब्जे से एक प्लास्टिक के कट्टे में 5.350 किलोग्राम डोडा छिल्का तथा एक चाकू बरामद हुआ।<\/p>\n

पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ थाना कुंवरगांव में मु0अ0सं0 77\/26 के तहत धारा 8\/15 एनडीपीएस एक्ट एवं 4\/25 आर्म्स एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे न्यायालय में पेश किया, जहां से उसे जेल भेज दिया गया।<\/p>\n
