शाहजहांपुर :<\/strong> सरकारी दफ्तरों में लापरवाही पर सख्ती दिखाते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी उत्कर्ष द्विवेदी ने गुरुवार को बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान कार्यालय की व्यवस्थाएं बेहद अस्त-व्यस्त मिलीं और कई गंभीर खामियां सामने आईं।<\/p>\n

सबसे बड़ी बात यह रही कि बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी दिव्या गुप्ता कार्यालय में मौजूद नहीं मिलीं। जानकारी करने पर पता चला कि वह अवकाश पर हैं, लेकिन इसकी पूर्व सूचना उच्चाधिकारियों को नहीं दी गई थी। इस पर सीडीओ ने कड़ी नाराजगी जताते हुए तत्काल स्पष्टीकरण तलब कर लिया। निरीक्षण के दौरान कई कर्मचारी भी अनुपस्थित पाए गए। इस लापरवाही पर सीडीओ ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए अनुपस्थित कर्मचारियों का वेतन रोकने के निर्देश जारी कर दिए। कार्यालय में अभिलेख भी बेतरतीब मिले, जिस पर उन्होंने रिकॉर्ड तत्काल व्यवस्थित करने के निर्देश दिए।<\/p>\n

सीडीओ ने शिक्षकों के समायोजन और विद्यालयों में तैनाती से जुड़ी रिपोर्ट तुरंत प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया। निरीक्षण के बाद कार्यालय में हड़कंप मच गया और खंड शिक्षाधिकारियों से जानकारी जुटाने की कवायद शुरू हो गई। सीडीओ का स्पष्ट संदेश—सरकारी कार्यों में लापरवाही अब किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी, जिम्मेदारी और समयबद्धता से काम करना अनिवार्य है।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
