09 मई को आयोजित होगी राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत, तैयारियों को लेकर बैठक सम्पन्न<\/strong><\/p>\n

बदायूँ।<\/strong> आगामी 09 मई 2026 को प्रातः 10ः00 बजे से जनपद न्यायाधीश\/अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूं की अध्यक्षता में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन सुनिश्चित किया गया है। लोक अदालत को सफल बनाये जाने हेतु  जनपद न्यायाधीश\/अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के आदेश के अनुपालन में मोहम्मद कमर नोडल अधिकारी, राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत, बदायूँ एवं सुमन तिवारी,सचिव, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, बदायूँ द्वारा राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में समस्त न्यायिक मजिस्टेªटगण के फौजदारी वाद, शमनीय वाद, चैक बांउस आदि से संबंधित धारा 138 एन0आई0एक्ट के वाद, लघुवाद, सिविलवाद व अन्य प्रकार केे वाद निस्तारण हेतु बैठक आहूत की गयी।<\/p>\n

इसके अतिरिक्त, आमजन को लोक अदालत के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए, ताकि अधिकाधिक लोग इस अवसर का लाभ उठा सकें। इसके अतिरिक्त राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालतके सफल आयोजन हेतु समस्त पराविधिक स्वयं सेवकगण की भी बैठक आहूत की गयी उक्त बैठक में समस्त पराविधिक स्वयंसेवकगण को व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार-प्रसार करने हेतु निर्देषित किया गया।<\/p>\n
