जौनपुर।<\/strong>वीर बहादुर सिंह पूर्वांचल विश्वविद्यालय के केंद्रीय प्रशिक्षण एवं प्लेसमेंट प्रकोष्ठ (सीटीपीसी) द्वारा मैकेनिकल एवं इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग के विद्यार्थियों के लिए जिंदल सॉ लिमिटेड की कैंपस प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव का आयोजन सोमवार को विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में किया गया। इस प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिष्ठित औद्योगिक संस्थानों में रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करना तथा उन्हें व्यावसायिक जीवन के लिए तैयार करना था।<\/p>\n

कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों ने सीटीपीसी\/इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर (फार्मेसी भवन) में चयन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की। कंपनी की ओर से टीम में उप महाप्रबंधक (मैकेनिकल) मनोज कुमार यादव, वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक (इलेक्ट्रिकल) दीपन कुमार पित्रोदा, प्रबंधक (मानव संसाधन एवं कर्मचारी संबंध) सुरिंदर कुमार तथा सहायक प्रबंधक (मानव संसाधन एवं कर्मचारी संबंध) कुनाल कुमार उपस्थित रहे।<\/p>\n

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत केंद्रीय प्रशिक्षण एवं प्लेसमेंट प्रकोष्ठ के निदेशक प्रो. प्रदीप कुमार द्वारा कंपनी से आए प्रतिनिधियों के स्वागत एवं परिचय के साथ हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय का प्रयास है कि अधिक से अधिक प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियाँ परिसर में आकर विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करें।<\/p>\n

इसके पश्चात कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा जिंदल सॉ लिमिटेड की कार्यप्रणाली, औद्योगिक गतिविधियों, विकास की संभावनाओं तथा कंपनी में उपलब्ध करियर अवसरों के संबंध में विस्तृत प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया।<\/p>\n

चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थियों का ऑनलाइन तकनीकी परीक्षा एवं योग्यता परीक्षा (एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट) आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें उनके विषयगत ज्ञान, तार्किक क्षमता तथा तकनीकी दक्षता का आकलन किया गया। इसके बाद सफल अभ्यर्थियों का आमने-सामने साक्षात्कार लिया गया, जिसमें उनके व्यक्तित्व, संप्रेषण कौशल तथा व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोण का मूल्यांकन किया गया।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
