बदायूँ।<\/strong> उपजिलाधिकारी बिसौली श्रीमती राशि कृष्णा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट वित्त एवं राजस्व बदायूँ के न्यायालय से निर्णीत वाद सरकार बनाम सर्वेश कुमारी में उ0प्र0 आवश्यक वस्तु एवं खाद्य अधिनियम 1955 की धारा- 6क अर्न्तगत पारित आदेश में राज्य सरकार के पक्ष में जब्त 7.72 कुन्तल गेहूँ जो तेजपाल उचित दर विक्रेता ग्राम-कतगांव, ब्लाक-वजीरगंज तथा जब्त 30 कट्टे चावल (17.50 कुन्तल) जो कि प्रभात कमल उचित दर विक्रेता कस्बा नगर क्षेत्र वजीरगंज की सुपुर्दगी में है।<\/p>\n

  उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के पक्ष में जब्त किया गया है, जिसकी सार्वजनिक नीलामी\/निविदा हेतु जिलाधिकारी द्वारा गठित समिति समक्ष नीलामी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। बोली अथवा नीलामी में इच्छुक निविदादाता 12.फरवरी 2026 समय अपराह्न 02ः00 बजे कृषि उत्पादन मण्डी समिति वजीरगंज में उपस्थित होकर नीलामी प्रक्रिया में प्रतिभाग कर सकते है।<\/p>\n

उन्होंने बताया कि इसके लिए विभिन्न शर्ते पूर्ण की जानी है जैसे निविदादाता मण्डी समिति एवं व्यापार कर में पंजीकृत होना अनिवार्य है। निविदादाता को पंजीयन के समय बोली में भाग लेने के लिये 1000\/- रूपये की अर्नेस्ट मनी उपजिलाधिकारी बिसौली (बदायूँ) के पक्ष में जमा करनी होगी तथा जिसके पक्ष में बोली\/नीलामी छूटेगी उसकी अर्नेस्ट मनी जंमा कर ली जायेगी, शेष अर्नेस्ट मनी बोली\/ नीलामी में भाग लेने वाले निविदाकर्ताओं को वापस कर दी जायेगी।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
