बदायूं।<\/strong> नेताजी सुभाषचंद्र बोस की जयंती पर नगर के सिटी मॉल में ब्लैक आउट मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया गया । इसका उद्देश्य कानून-व्यवस्था, आपदा प्रबंधन एवं आकस्मिक परिस्थितियों व सुरक्षा प्रतिक्रिया प्रणाली के दृष्टिगत समाज में सुरक्षित व‌ भयमुक्त वातावरण बनाना था।<\/p>\n

भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों तथा शासन के आदेशों के अनुपालन में,जनपद बदायूँ में कानून-व्यवस्था,आपदा प्रबंधन एवं सुरक्षा प्रतिक्रिया प्रणाली को प्रभावी बनाना ‌था।<\/p>\n

मॉक ड्रिल अभ्यास के दौरान जिलाधिकारी व वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक रहे उपस्थित । मॉक ड्रिल अभ्यास में सिविल पुलिस,फायर ब्रिगेड तथा चिकित्सा विभाग की टीमों ने किया प्रतिभाग । आकस्मिक परिस्थिति से बचने हेतु किया गया संयुक्त डेमोस्ट्रेशन डेमोस्ट्रेशन में किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति व एयर स्ट्राइक से बचने के लिए नागरिकों को जागरुक करने के लिए अभ्यास कराया। मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान आग लगने की काल्पनिक स्थिति उत्पन्न कर फायर सर्विस की टीम द्वारा तत्काल मौके पर पहुँचकर अग्निशमन उपकरणों के माध्यम से आग पर काबू पाने,घायलों को सुरक्षित निकालने,प्राथमिक उपचार उपलब्ध कराने तथा रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन का अभ्यास किया गया । साथ ही आपदा के समय विभिन्न विभागों के साथ आपसी समन्वय,संचार व्यवस्था एवं त्वरित निर्मय क्षमता का परीक्षण भी किया गया । मॉक ड्रिल अभ्यास में पुलिस फायर सर्विस,डायल 112 तथा चिकित्सा विभाग की टीमों द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया गया ।<\/p>\n

आयोजन के दौरान जिलाधिकारी अवनीश राय तथा वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ0 बृजेश कुमार सिंह,अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर श्री विजयेन्द्र द्विवेदी,अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण डॉ0 ह्रदेश कठेरिया,क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर,क्षेत्राधिकारी अग्निशमन व अन्य अधिकारी गण उपस्थित रहे।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
