बदायूँ।<\/strong> जनपद के थाना उसावां क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी अधिवक्ता पर पांच लोगों ने एक माह पहले जनालेवा हमला कर दिया था। जिसमें अधिवक्ता गम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गया था ।वहीं थाना पुलिस ने मुखीबर की सूचना पर दो अभियुक्तों को पकड़ कर लिया। वहीं उनके पास से मारपीट में प्रत्युक्त लोहे की सरिया व डंडा बरामद हुआ है । \"\"<\/p>\n

 थाना क्षेत्र के गांव उदैड्या नगला निवासी प्रेम सिंह पुत्र राजेश्वर ने 28 नवंबर को थाना उसावां पर एक शिकायती पत्र दिया था जिसमें लिखा था कि मेरा भाई आराम सिंह पुत्र राजेश्वर सिंह पेशे से वकील है जो बदायूँ कचहरी में बैठते है 28 नवम्बर को आराम सिंह बदायूँ से वापस मोटर साइकिल से घर आ रहा था तभी समय शाम 7 बजे उदैड्या नगला मार्ग पर पहले से घात लगाये बैठे भूरे, व रतनपाल शिवराज पुत्रगण शंकरलाल, महीपाल बृजपाल पुत्रगण कल्यान निवासी फतेहगढ थाना उसावां जिला बदायूँ ने प्रार्थी के भाई को देखते ही शिवराज ने जान से मारने की नियत से फायर कर दिया जिससे वह बाल-बाल बच गया तभी उक्त सभी लोगो ने रोककर सरिया व डण्डो से सिर पर प्रहार किया जिससे सिर फट गया और सिर की हड्डी टूट गयी तथा सरिया से एक हाथ व दोनो पैर तोड दिये तभी मेरे गांव के उसावाँ से आ रहे भगवान सिंह पुत्र भीम व सुखवीर पुत्र प्रेम सिंह आ गये तभी मुल्जिमान मरणासन्न अवस्था मे छोडकर भाग गये।<\/p>\n

वहीं एस आई विपिन कुमार ने दो आरोपी शिवराज व रतनपाल पुत्रगण रामशंकर निवासी फतेहगढ़ थाना उसावां को मुखिबर की सूचना पर राजा नगला तिराहे के पास से गिरफ्तार किया गया , आरोपियों के पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त एक लोहे की सरिया और एक डंडा बरामद हुआ है ,गिरफ्तार किये गए दोनों आरोपियों को जेल भेजा गया है ।<\/p>\n
