आजमगढ़।<\/strong>आज़मगढ़ का नाम रोशन करते हुए जिले के पहाड़पुर निवासी प्रोफेसर (डॉ.) मोहम्मद फैसल को दुनिया के शीर्ष 2% वैज्ञानिकों की सूची में शामिल किया गया है। यह प्रतिष्ठित वैश्विक सूची स्टैनफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी (अमेरिका) द्वारा तैयार की जाती है।\"\"<\/p>\n

यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मान उन वैज्ञानिकों को दिया जाता है जिनके शोध कार्यों का विश्व स्तर पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पड़ा है।<\/p>\n

प्रो. फैसल वर्तमान में किंग सऊद यूनिवर्सिटी, सऊदी अरब के वनस्पति एवं सूक्ष्मजीव विज्ञान विभाग में अध्यापन और शोध कार्य से जुड़े हैं।<\/p>\n

उन्होंने अपनी शुरुआती शिक्षा शिब्ली नेशनल इंटर कालेज आज़मगढ़ से तथा अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय (AMU) से बॉटनी (प्लांट टिश्यू कल्चर एवं बायोटेक्नोलॉजी) में पीएच.डी. की और स्पेन तथा दक्षिण कोरिया में पोस्ट-डॉक्टरेट शोध किया। डॉक्टर फैसल के बड़े भाई जाहिद खान शिब्ली इण्टर कालेज आज़मगढ़ में अध्यापक है।इनके पिता मोहम्मद इम्तियाज शहर के बड़े वकीलों में से एक थे।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
