 बलिया\/नगरा ।<\/strong>ग्रामीणों को गांव स्तर पर चिकित्सा सुविधा मुहैया कराने के लिए शासन की तरफ गांव गांव में आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर का निर्माण कराया गया है। इसमें कम्युनिटी हेल्थ आफिसर की तैनाती की गई है। सरयागुलाबराय ग्राम पंचायत में बिना रास्ते का ही आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर का भवन बना दिया गया। जो ग्रामीणजनो के लिए बेमतलब साबित हो रहा है. जब से यह भवन बना है तभी से इसमें ताला लटका हुआ है। अब तक इसमें सीएचओ की तैनाती नहीं हो सकी है। आरोप है कि ठेकेदार ने मानक के अनुसार भवन निर्माण नहीं कराया है।स्थिति यह है कि भवन के सामने घास फूस उग आई है। भवन के चारों तरफ गंदगी का अंबार लगा है। क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य राम आशीष चौहान का कहना है कि जब से यह भवन बना है तब से आज तक उसमें ताला लटका हुआ है। जब वहां रास्ता ही नहीं हैं तो भवन निर्माण की क्या आवश्यकता थी। पूर्व प्रधान राम सिंहासन यादव का कहना है कि आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर से ग्रामवासियों को कोई लाभ नहीं है। भवन के पास जाने के लिए कोई रास्ता नहीं है। पूर्व प्रधान ने यहां पर सीएचओ की तैनाती करने की मांग की है।\"\"<\/p>\n

नगरा के प्रभारी चिकित्साधिकारी डा. राहुल सिंह का कहना है कि कार्यदायी संस्था ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को भवन हस्तांतरित कर दिया है। जगह की साफ-सफाई करा कर सीएचओ की तैनाती कराई जाएगी।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
