रांची में ‘दर्द जागरूकता’ पर दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार 8-9 नवंबर को<\/strong><\/p>\n

रांची।<\/strong> जीवकबर्ग आरोग्य महाविद्यालय (जीवकबर्ग कॉलेज ऑफ मेडिसिन) रांची में 8 और 9 नवंबर 2025 को दर्द जागरूकता विषय पर दो दिवसीय सेमिनार आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें पुराने दर्द की रोकथाम और समग्र उपचार पद्धतियों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की जाएगी। सेमिनार का उद्देश्य तीव्र और दीर्घकालिक दर्द के बीच अंतर को स्पष्ट करना, दर्द के बढ़ने के जोखिम कारकों की पहचान करना और आधुनिक चिकित्सा, आयुर्वेद तथा जीवनशैली आधारित उपचारों को एकीकृत कर प्रभावी स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन का मॉडल प्रस्तुत करना है। इस दौरान विशेषज्ञ यह बताएंगे कि किस प्रकार समय से पहले हस्तक्षेप, संतुलित आहार, व्यायाम, योग, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल और रोगी जागरूकता के माध्यम से क्रोनिक दर्द को गंभीर रूप लेने से रोका जा सकता है।कार्यक्रम में शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की भूमिका, सार्वजनिक और रोगी शिक्षा की आवश्यकता, बहु-विशिष्ट टीम की भागीदारी और आयुर्वेद तथा योग के वैज्ञानिक आधार पर उपचार की रणनीतियों को व्यावहारिक रूप से समझाया जाएगा। आयोजन बहमनी जेरिएट्रिक रिहैबिलिटेशन सेंटर एवं आयुर्वेद अस्पताल रांची द्वारा किया जा रहा है तथा संचालन जीवकबर्ग आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय करेगा। सेमिनार में प्रमुख वक्ता डॉ. जी.एस. कुजूर (एमबीबीएस, एमडी), सहायक प्रोफेसर, पलामू मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं अस्पताल, झारखंड सरकार और डॉ. अलीशा सिमरन भेंगरा (एमबीबीएस, एमआईएएसपी, यूएसए) होंगे।\"\"<\/p>\n
