जौनपुर।<\/strong>थाना मड़ियाहूं क्षेत्र के राजापुर गांव में सोमवार की शाम महिला से मारपीट कर फायरिंग करने वाले आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त लाइसेंसी रिवॉल्वर, एक खोखा कारतूस और पांच जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए हैं।\"\"<\/p>\n

जानकारी के अनुसार, राजापुर निवासी रंजना दुबे ने मंगलवार की सुबह थाने में तहरीर देकर बताया कि सोमवार की शाम करीब साढ़े सात बजे जब वह घर पर दीप जलाने की तैयारी कर रही थीं, तभी जमलिया निवासी राजेंद्र पटेल पुत्र माताभीख वहां पहुंचा और गाली-गलौज करने लगा। विरोध करने पर उसने रंजना दुबे से हाथापाई की और अपनी लाइसेंसी रिवॉल्वर से फायर कर दिया। गोली की आवाज सुनते ही आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंच गए, जिसके बाद आरोपी वहां से भाग निकला।<\/p>\n

घटना की सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने मौके का निरीक्षण किया और पीड़िता की तहरीर पर आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर कार्रवाई शुरू की। थाना मड़ियाहूं पुलिस टीम ने प्रभारी निरीक्षक के नेतृत्व में मंगलवार सुबह तुलसीपुर नहर पुलिया के पास से आरोपी राजेंद्र पटेल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।<\/p>\n

पुलिस ने उसके कब्जे से एक एनपीबी रिवॉल्वर ,पांच जिंदा कारतूस और एक खोखा कारतूस बरामद किया है। आरोपी के खिलाफ थाना मड़ियाहूं में मुकदमा संख्या 476\/25 धारा 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) बीएनएस व 27\/30 आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है।<\/p>\n

थाना प्रभारी निरीक्षक ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार आरोपी से पूछताछ की जा रही है। रिवॉल्वर जब्त कर ली गई है और मामले की जांच जारी है।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
