जिलाधिकारी , मुख्य विकास अधिकारी  के मार्गदर्शन एवं जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी गौरव मिश्रा के निर्देशानुसार मिशन शक्ति -5.0 अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला मिशन कोऑर्डिनेटर अमृता दीक्षित द्वारा गुरु नानक पाठशाला कन्या हाई स्कूल शाहजहांपुर में सेल्फ डिफेंस कार्यशाला कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।\"\"<\/p>\n

बच्चों की सुरक्षा के विषय पर छात्राओं को जागरूक किया। छात्राओं को अमृता दीक्षित द्वारा कार्यक्रम में कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही मिशन शक्ति के अंतर्गत छात्राओं को सभी हेल्पलाइन नंबर 112, 181, 108, 1090, 1098, 1076, के बारे में बताया और खुद की आत्‍मरक्षा करना सीखे। बेटियों को आत्‍मरक्षा करने का गुर जरूर सिखाएं। इन्‍हें सीखकर वे अपने आप को किसी भी खतरे से बचा सकती है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ताइक्वांडो ग्रैंडमास्टर डॉ पुनीत मनीषी द्वारा मार्शल आर्ट्स, कराटे पेन, पिन, आदि सभी तरह की आत्‍म सुरक्षा की तकनीक के विषय में विस्तार से बताया।आत्‍मरक्षा से उसका आत्‍मविश्‍वास बढ़ेगा और वो किसी भी खतरे की स्थिति से खुद की रक्षा कर सकती है। कार्यक्रम में प्रधानाचार्य हरमीत कौर, जिला मिशन कोऑर्डिनेटर अमृता दीक्षित, ताइक्वांडो ग्रैंडमास्टर पुनीत मनीषी, अध्यापिका लक्ष्मी मिश्रा, पूनम आदि स्टाफ मौजूद रहा।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
