नगरा (बलिया)।<\/strong> सार्वजनिक रामलीला समिति के तत्वाधान में चल रही रामलीला में रविवार की रात मंथरा और कैकई संवाद का भावपूर्ण मंचन किया गया।<\/p>\n

कथा के अनुसार, मंथरा कैकई को समझाती है कि राजा दशरथ राम को युवराज बनाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, जिससे भरत का अधिकार छिन जाएगा। मंथरा के उकसावे से कैकई क्रोधित हो उठती है और अपने दो वरदान मांगने का निश्चय करती है।\"\"<\/p>\n

कैकई, राजा दशरथ से पहले वरदान के रूप में भरत को अयोध्या का राजा बनाने और दूसरे वरदान में श्रीराम को 14 वर्ष का वनवास देने की मांग रखती है। राजा दशरथ अपनी प्रतिज्ञा से बंधकर कैकई की मांग पूरी करने को विवश हो जाते हैं।<\/p>\n

इस मार्मिक प्रसंग के मंचन से पूरा वातावरण भावुक हो उठा। दर्शकों की आंखें नम हो गईं और पूरे मैदान में गहन सन्नाटा छा गया।<\/p>\n
