बलिया जिले के सुखपुरा थाना क्षेत्र के जीराबस्ती गांव में बुधवार को दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया। हाई टेंशन तार टूटकर सड़क पर गिरे पानी में आ गया, जिसकी चपेट में आने से सेंट जेवियर स्कूल की दो सगी बहनों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। दोनों बच्चियां पढ़ाई पूरी कर घर लौट रही थीं।\"\"<\/p>\n

सूचना मिलते ही जिलाधिकारी मंगला प्रसाद सिंह जिला अस्पताल पहुंचे और पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने हादसे को अत्यंत दुखद और दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते हुए कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।<\/p>\n

जिलाधिकारी ने मामले में जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए संबंधित जूनियर इंजीनियर (जेई आशुतोष पाण्डेय) और एसडीओ (अनिल कुमार )पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने व निलंबन के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही मृतक छात्राओं के परिवारों को 5-5 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता देने की घोषणा की।<\/p>\n

बिजली विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता नरेंद्र कुमार के खिलाफ विभागीय कार्यवाही भी शुरू कर दी गई है। जिलाधिकारी ने साफ कहा कि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो, इसके लिए सभी अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं।<\/p>\n
