      देवरिया।<\/strong>साइमन कमीशन से लेकर काका कालेलकर आयोग तक शिवदयाल सिंह चौरसिया ने देश की पिछड़ी जातियों को अधिकार सम्पन्न बनाने हेतु अपनी संपूर्ण ऊर्जा लगाने का कार्य किया,उक्त उद्गार रामपुर कारखाना विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत डुमरी स्थित सपा जनसंपर्क कार्यालय पर शिवदयाल सिंह चौरसिया स्मृति दिवस कार्यक्रम में व्यक्त करते हुए सपा के पूर्व प्रवक्ता चंद्रभूषण सिंह यादव ने कहा कि शिवदयाल सिंह चौरसिया समाज की विभत्स स्थिति देखकर अक्सर कहा करते थे कि “मै चौरसिया हूं,हिंदू समाज की असमानता को चौरस करके ही मरूंगा”।<\/p>\n

      सपा के पूर्व प्रवक्ता चंद्रभूषण सिंह यादव ने शिवदयाल सिंह चौरसिया को याद करते हुए कहा कि राज्यसभा सदस्य बनने के बाद उन्होंने 03 जनवरी 1975 को संविधान में अनुच्छेद 39A को जुड़वाकर कमजोर तबको को निःशुल्क विधिक सहायता उपलब्ध करवाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया जिस नाते उन्हें लोक अदालतों का जनक कहा जाता है।शिवदयाल सिंह चौरसिया एक योग्य कानून विद,संसद विद,समाज सुधारक और सामाजिक क्रांति के महानायक थे जिन्हें स्मृति दिवस पर नमन है।\"\"<\/p>\n
