 प्रयागराज।<\/strong>आनंदमार्ग स्कूल नैनी , थारकोनी प्रयागराज आज कौशिकी दिवस के अवसर पर , कौशिकी नृत्य, जिसे महान दार्शनिक एवं आध्यात्मिक गुरु तारक ब्रह्म श्री श्री आनंदमूर्ति जी ने आविष्कृत किया था, आज अपने अद्वितीय स्वरूप के कारण पूरे विश्व में प्रसिद्ध हो रहा है। इसी क्रम में कौशिकी दिवस के अवसर पर आचार्या आनंद प्रतिष्ठा ने स्थानीय विद्यालयों में पहुँचकर छात्र-छात्राओं को इस विशेष नृत्य की बारीकियाँ सिखाईं।<\/p>\n

आचार्या आनंद प्रतिष्ठा ने बच्चों को बताया कि कौशिकी नृत्य केवल शारीरिक व्यायाम ही नहीं, बल्कि यह मानसिक संतुलन, आत्मविश्वास एवं व्यक्तित्व विकास का भी साधन है। उन्होंने कहा कि श्री श्री आनंदमूर्ति जी ने इस नृत्य को स्त्री-शक्ति के प्रतीक रूप में प्रस्तुत किया था, जिससे नारी की आंतरिक ऊर्जा और आत्मबल को जागृत किया जा सके।<\/p>\n
