भदोही,दुर्गागंज।<\/strong> दुर्गागंज थाना क्षेत्र के गोपीपुर गांव में मंगलवार को ग्राम समाज की जमीन पर अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्रवाई की गई। नायब तहसीलदार शशांक राय के नेतृत्व में दुर्गागंज पुलिस और जेसीबी की मदद से बृजलाल यादव द्वारा बनाए गए टीन शेड युक्त घर को ढहा दिया गया। इस कार्रवाई को लेकर पीड़ित बृजलाल यादव ने प्रशासन पर बिना नोटिस के अतिक्रमण हटाने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है।<\/p>\n

जानकारी के अनुसार, गांव निवासी मुमताज ने तहसील प्रशासन में इस अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज की थी। शिकायत के आधार पर राजस्व विभाग ने कार्रवाई करते हुए ग्राम समाज की जमीन को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया। तहसीलदार मिश्रीलाल चौहान ने पीड़ित के आरोपों को निराधार बताते हुए कहा कि इस संबंध में सभी को पूर्व में जानकारी दी गई थी। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि कार्रवाई नियमानुसार की गई है।<\/p>\n

इस दौरान राजस्व विभाग के कानूनगो अजय पाठक, उप निरीक्षक सत्यनारायण सिंह यादव सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। कार्रवाई से गांव में चर्चा का माहौल है, और पीड़ित ने इस मामले में उच्च अधिकारियों से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि ग्राम समाज की जमीन को अतिक्रमण मुक्त रखना उनकी प्राथमिकता है।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
