पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर जिले में चलाए जा रहे अपराध रोकधाम व गिरफ्तारी वाँछित अभियुक्त अभियान के तहेत पुवायाँ पुलिस ने मुखबिर की सूचना पर मुकदमे में वांछित अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया।<\/p>\n

जिले के थाना पुवायां पर नाबालिग लड़की की मां ने 20 जुलाई को थाना पुलिस को एक तहरीर दी थी जिसमें उसके लिखा था कि मेरी नाबालिक पुत्री को अज्ञात लोग बहला फुसलाकर कर भगा ले गए है ।जिस संबंध में थाना पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज करके जांच शुरू कर दी थी।<\/p>\n

वहीं मुकदमा की विवेचना के दौराने मुकदमा में पीड़िता को बरामद कर साक्ष्य संकलन एकत्र किये गये थे वहीं साक्ष्य के आधार पर अभियोग मे अभियुक्तगण आशीष कुमार पुत्र बाबूराम निवासी ग्राम जारमानो थाना पुवायां जिला शाहजहाँपुर तरह अरविन्द उर्फ डब्लू पुत्र बाबूराम निवासी ग्राम जारमानो थाना पुवायां जिला शाहजहाँपुर के नाम प्रकाश मे आये थे । तथा अभियुक्त आशीष कुमार उपरोक्त के विरुद्ध पाक्सो एक्ट तथा अभियुक्त अरविन्द उर्फ डब्लू पुत्र बाबूराम उपरोक्त के विरुद् बीएनएस की वृद्धि की गयी थी। वहीं तअभियुक्त आशीष कुमार पुत्र बाबूराम उपरोक्त को 20 जुलाई को ही पाक्सो एक्ट मे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा जा चुका है।वहीं 28 को मुखबिर खास द्वारा सूचना मिली की मुकदमा उपरोक्त से सम्बन्धित वाँछित अभियुक्त अरविन्द उर्फ डब्लू पुत्र बाबूराम निवासी ग्राम जारमानो थाना पुवायां जिला शाहजहाँपुर जो इस समय शाहजहाँपुर रोड पर मोहम्मदी मोड पर खडा है कहीं जाने की फिराक में है। जल्दी की जाये तो पकडा जा सकता है। उक्त सूचना पर उ0नि0 विशाल व कॉस्टेबल गगन पवांर द्वारा अभियुक्त को मुखबिर द्वारा बताये स्थान शाहजहाँपुर रोड पर मोहम्मदी मोड़ पर पकड़ लिया पकड़े लिया।हुए व्यक्ति से नाम पता पूछते हुए जामा तलाशी ली तो इस व्यक्ति ने अपना नाम अरविन्द उर्फ डब्लू पुत्र बाबूराम निवासी ग्राम जारमानो थाना पुवायां जिला शाहजहाँपुर उम्र करीब 50 वर्ष बताया।हिरासत पुलिस लेनेके बाद आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही अभियुक्त को न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया गया।<\/p>\n
