बरसात में आंखों की बीमारियों का खतरा बढ़ा, डॉक्टर ने बताए बचाव के उपाय।<\/strong><\/p>\n

विनीत कुमार, रांची, झारखंड। <\/strong>बरसात का मौसम जहां राहत लेकर आता है, वहीं यह कई बीमारियों को भी न्यौता देता है। सीसीएल सेंट्रल अस्पताल के वरिष्ठ नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. के.पी. निराला ने बताया कि इस मौसम में सबसे ज्यादा आंखों से जुड़ी समस्याएं देखने को मिलती हैं। एलर्जी कंजंक्टिवाइटिस और वायरल कंजंक्टिवाइटिस जैसी बीमारियां आम हो जाती हैं। इन रोगों में आंखों में लालिमा, जलन, खुजली, पानी आना और सूजन जैसी परेशानियां देखने को मिलती हैं। डॉ. निराला ने बताया कि ये बीमारियां मुख्य रूप से संक्रमण के कारण फैलती हैं जो हवा या संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से होता है। ऐसे में सबसे अहम है स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग दिन में कई बार हाथों को साबुन से धोएं, खासकर आंखों को छूने से पहले। गंदे हाथों से आंखों को नहीं छूना चाहिए। कंजंक्टिवाइटिस से पीड़ित व्यक्ति का तौलिया, रुमाल या तकिया अन्य लोगों को नहीं इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। दिन में 3-4 बार ठंडे और साफ पानी से आंखें धोने की सलाह दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर किसी को आंखों में एलर्जी या वायरल कंजंक्टिवाइटिस हो जाता है तो तुरंत नेत्र चिकित्सक से संपर्क करें। बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के कोई भी आई ड्रॉप या दवा का इस्तेमाल न करें। आंखों को मलने से बचें और पर्याप्त आराम करें। बच्चों और बुजुर्गों के लिए विशेष सावधानी बरतने की सलाह देते हुए डॉ. निराला ने कहा कि बच्चों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कम होती है। अभिभावकों को चाहिए कि बच्चों को साफ रुमाल दें और समझाएं कि आंखों को न छुएं। यदि किसी बच्चे को आंखों की समस्या हो जाए तो स्कूल भेजने से बचें और डॉक्टर से परामर्श लें। डॉ. निराला ने अंत में लोगों को संदेश देते हुए कहा कि बरसात के मौसम में थोड़ी सी सावधानी बड़ी परेशानी से बचा सकती है। स्वच्छता का पालन करें, आंखों का विशेष ध्यान रखें और किसी भी समस्या होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
