 आजमगढ़ ।<\/strong> जिले के तहबरपुर विकास खण्ड में पड़ने वाले दो गांवों में अराजक तत्वों ने बाबा साहेब डाक्टर भीमराव आम्बेडकर व बुद्ध प्रतिमा को खंडित कर दिया। सुबह जानकारी होने पर अफरातफरी मच गयी और काफी संख्या में लोग इक्कठा हो गये।<\/p>\n

गुरुवार की रात्रि तहबरपुर विकास खण्ड में पड़ने वाले खादा रामपुर और पूरब पट्टी (काली दाढ़ी)गांव में लगी बाबा साहेब डाक्टर भीमराव अंबेडकर और बुद्ध की प्रतिमा को अराजक तत्वों ने खंडित कर दिया। शुक्रवार की सुबह प्रतिमा के खंडित होने की खबर गांव वालों को लगी तो वे आक्रोशित हो उठे। दोनों गावों में लोगों की भीड़ इकट्ठा हो गयी। मूर्ति तोड़े जाने की सूचना मिलते ही अहरौला थाना अध्यक्ष प्रदीप कुमार मय फोर्स के साथ पहुंच गये। पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी बूढ़नपुर अजय प्रताप सिंह भी घटना स्थल पर पहुंच गए । पुलिस ने लोगों को समझा बुझाकर शांत किया। लोगों ने जांच कर दोषियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की मांग के साथ सीसीटीवी कैमरा व जाली लगवाये जाने की मांग किया। पुलिस ने नई अम्बेडकर व बुद्ध प्रतिमा को लगवाया। तब जाकर लोगों का आक्रोश शांत हुआ।<\/p>\n
