 ओमप्रकाश वर्मा नगरा(बलिया)।<\/strong>पुलिस को मिली सफलता प्रार्थी द्वारा थाना स्थानीय पर प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया कि मैने कृषि विभाग से सिचाई हेतु अनुदान पर 02 किलोवाट का सोलर पैनल लगवाया था, जिसे रात्रि में अज्ञात चोरों द्वारा सोलर पैनल चोरी कर लिया गया है। मैने काफी प्रयास किया लेकिन पता नही लगा पाया। इस तहरीर के आधार पर थाना पुलिस ने मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी\/बरामदगी के लिए टीमे लगा दी गई थी।<\/p>\n

इसी क्रम में दिनांक 30 जून  को थाना नगरा पुलिस टीम के उ०नि० शोभनाथ यादव मय हमराह हे०का० सुदर्शन, हे०का० रत्नेश कुमार व का० उमेश साहनी के साथ देखभाल क्षेत्र, चेकिंग संदिग्ध व्यक्ति \/ वाहन व तलाश वांछित अभियुक्त सम्बन्धित मुकदमा उपरोक्त में मामूर थे, कि मुकबिरी सूचना पर अभियुक्त * संजय कुमार उर्फ रिंकू पुत्र अरुण कुमार ग्राम चाडी सराय संभल थाना नगरा जिला बलिया उम्र करीब 24 वर्ष को डिहवा चट्टी के पास से समय करीब 21.40 बजे गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिसके पास से 400\/ रु० तथा 01 अदद अवैध तमंचा 303 बोर व 01 अदद जिन्दा कारतूस . 303 बोर तथा 01 मो० साइकिल बरामद हुआअभियुक्त ने पूछताछ में बताया कि दिनांक-06.06.25 की रात्रि में मैने मलप हरसेनपुर घोघरा में ट्यूबेल के ऊपर लगे सोलर पैनल प्लेट को चुरा लिया था, जिसको मैं बेच दिया हूँ, उसका कुछ पैसा खर्च हो गया है, शेष बचा हुआ 400 रुपया है । जिस सम्बन्ध में थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं0 158\/2025 धारा 303(2), BNS पंजीकृत है। पुलिस टीम द्वारा गिरफ्तारी\/बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना स्थानीय पर पूर्व से पंजीकृत मु0अ0सं0 158\/2025 में धारा 317(2) BNS की बढ़ोत्तरी की गई, तथा अभियुक्त कब्जे से अवैध शस्त्र एवं कारतूस की बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं0 168\/2025 धारा 7\/25 आर्म्स एक्ट पंजीकृत किया गया, अभियुक्त उपरोक्त से बरामद शुदा वाहन को अन्तर्गत धारा 207 MV Act के तहत सीज की कार्यवाही की गयी। तथा विधिक कार्यवाही पूर्ण करते हुए मा० न्यायालय भेजा गया।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
